The Great American Train Company is a leader in the design, manufacture and support of 1.5" scale backyard trains, riding cars, rolling stock and pre-fabricated track assemblies.
We're a dedicated group of railroad enthusiasts who started this business as an outgrowth of our hobby and have turned it into a worldwide company. We have offices and warehouses in Plymouth, Minnesota (for North and South America and PacRim sales) and Wiesbaden, Germany (for Europe, Scandinavia, Middle East and Africa sales).
It is our mission to provide professionally-engineered and reliable riding trains for both the backyard and light commercial markets and to support them with a high degree of professionalism.
