Extended Warranty
The regular Limited Warranty on GATC products covers defects in materials and
workmanship for your first year of ownership. But now, with GATC's Extended Warranty, you can get an
additional year of coverage and bring your warranty coverage up to TWO full years!
Periodic maintenance and replacement of parts subject to wear and tear is the responsibility of the
owner.* Extended warranties must be purchased within 30 days of the original invoice date and may be
applied to new and refurbished products. Extended warranties are valid for the original purchaser
only and may not be transferred or assigned to subsequent owners.

Terms and Conditions:
The Great American Train Company (GATC) will repair or replace any parts covered by the warranty that are deemed by us to be defective in materials or workmanship. Periodic maintenance and replacement of parts subject wear and tear is the responsibility of the owner. During the warranty or extended warranty period the warranty holder is responsible for transportation charges (if required). During the warranty or extended warranty period, warranty parts will be shipped by standard shipping method at no charge to the warranty holder (USA only). Additional charges may be applied for shipments outside of the USA. Warranties do not cover damages from neglect, abuse or use inconsistent with instructions in the Owner's Manual. Extended warranties are available only for residential use. Attachments and accessories are not covered.
*Parts subject to normal wear and tear include batteries, brakes, paints and finishes, bulbs, etc.
